How to see a player's hours and Steam profile in Deadlock

Is that Haze on their first day, or do they have 2,000 hours? The Steam Profiles & Hours mod shows each player's Deadlock hours during a match and after it, and opens anyone's Steam profile in a window over the game, without alt-tabbing.

1. Install Steam Profiles & Hours

  1. 1
Install Steam Profiles & Hours: with Frogtech Mod Loader it's in the Browse tab. See how to install mods for the other ways.
  2. 2
Start Deadlock. The mod works on the game's own HUD and with UI Kit.

2. See hours during a match

  1. 1
Press Esc in a match and open Players.
  2. 2
Each player's Deadlock hours show next to their name.

Tip: The players list only has names, so the mod matches each row to the player in the match with that name.

3. See hours and profiles after a match

The post-game Scoreboard tab: the Steam button and Deadlock hours next to each name (names hidden here).
  1. 1
After a match, or in a match you open from Match History, open the Scoreboard tab.
  2. 2
Each name has the player's Deadlock hours and a Steam button. Press the button to open their Steam profile.
  3. 3
On the player cards, hover a card to show its Steam button.

4. Open a friend's Steam profile

Right-click a player: Steam profile is the last row.
  1. 1
Right-click a friend or party member, in the main menu or the Esc menu.
  2. 2
Pick Steam profile, the last row of the menu. It also shows their hours, like "Steam profile (1,234 h)".
The profile opens in a window over the game.

The profile opens in the game's own browser window, on top of Deadlock. Click outside it or press X to close it, or press Open in browser to see it in your normal browser.

Why some players show no hours

The hours come from Steam, which only shares them when the player's game details are public. If a player has set their Steam profile or game details to private or friends only, no hours show for them.

To show your own hours to others: in Steam, open your profile, Edit Profile, Privacy Settings, and set Game details to Public.
